In the spring of 1996 Antonio Richardson found himself the secondary victim of Breast Cancer. His wife and High School Sweetheart Cynthia had succumbed to a nine year battle with the disease. At the age of 34, left to raise his 3 children alone he was faced with the task of single parenthood, lost of identity and the lone promise his wife Cynthia requested of him, to find Love and LOVE AGAIN. Although Cynthia’s request gave him the freedom to start his life anew, when ready, it was the daunting task of asking his heart to make space for another which would prove to be his ultimate challenge.

Antonio Richardson has been a veteran of the Broadcasting Business for over twenty two years. He began his career as a System Design Engineer and eventually gravitated toward the production end of the business as an Operator, Editor and Supervisor on several National Shows. Upon the release of The Torch Carrier, Antonio’s career has expanded to the Lecture Circuit where he provides workshops on life skills, speeches and readings of his works. It is his work with support groups of care givers and cancer survivors which has catapulted him from the background to the foreground of his own life.
